Purchases made here on our website qualify for free size exchanges and returns for 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Return Labels:
To receive a postage paid return label send us an email to info@ laraso.com with your name & address and/or the order number.
Size exchanges for rings:
Box your ring back up and return it with a note including your name, address, order number and the new size you need. We will ship your exchange out to you within 2 days of receipt of the return. You will receive a new confirmation of shipment in your email once it has been dispatched.
Returns for a refund:
Box your purchase back up and return it with a note including your name, address, and order number. Returns must be received in new, unworn condition within 7 days of receipt of the mailing label.
Products that have been worn or that are not returned within 45 days of receipt of the purchase are subject to a 25-50% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
