Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your rings—and feel confident about the fit. Purchases made directly from LaRaso & Co qualify for free returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Request Your Free Return Label

Email info@laraso.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or a size exchange. For an exchange, please include the new ring size or sizes you need.

We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label to print at home. There is no charge for the return label.

Send Your Rings Back

Pack your rings securely and include your order number inside the package. For a size exchange, also include the replacement size or sizes.

Attach the printed label to your package and mail it within 7 days of receiving the label. Please keep your mailing receipt and tracking information.

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund of the purchase price. Any original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Size Exchanges

Return the ring or rings that need a different size using your prepaid label. We’ll ship your replacement within 2 business days of receiving your return, subject to availability, and email you the tracking details.
